Sound familiar?
Two incomes, one household
You both earn and you both spend. Working out who paid for what, and whether this month is still on budget, turns into a guessing game.
Everyone handles a piece
One of you pays the bills, another looks after the savings, a parent holds the investments. Nobody sees the whole picture.
Money in many places
Salary in one bank, savings in another, investments in an app, gold at home, maybe a flat or an account in another country. There's no single number for what you own.
Spreadsheets that go stale
Someone built a spreadsheet once. Balances, prices and exchange rates have moved since, and nobody wants to update it.
How FamilyOne CFO helps
One shared place for the money you manage together, so everyone works from the same numbers.
Shared budgets and expenses
Record spending as it happens, sort it into categories and set budgets together. See how the month is going, and who spent what. Regular bills and income can repeat on their own.
Everyone in, on your terms
Invite your partner and family. Choose what each person can view, add, edit or delete, keep personal accounts private, and add profiles for children who don't need a login.
Any bank, any currency
Keep each account in its own currency. Everything adds up to one family net worth in your home currency, using daily exchange rates, and you can watch it change over time.
Investments, gold and property
Track stocks, mutual funds, crypto, fixed deposits, gold and silver, gemstones and property, not just bank balances. Listed investments and precious metals are valued at market prices.
Goals and a weekly check-in
Save towards a home, school fees or retirement, and log contributions as you go. Each week, a short review points out what changed and what needs a look.

Questions
- How much will it cost?
We'll announce pricing before launch, and the waitlist hears first.
- Who is it for?
Any household that manages money together: couples who share expenses, families whose money is spread across banks, apps or countries, and parents keeping the family's savings on track. It works just as well if it's only you.
- Does it connect to my bank?
Not today. You add transactions yourself, so no bank passwords or bank links are ever shared with us. Regular bills and income can repeat automatically, and investment holdings can be imported from a CSV or Excel file.
- Is my data safe?
Personal details such as names, notes, addresses and transaction descriptions are encrypted in our database with a key unique to your family, and each family's data is kept apart from every other family's. Our team doesn't browse your finances. You can sign in with a passkey instead of a password.
- Who in my family can see what?
The family admin decides what each member can view, add, edit or delete, area by area: accounts, transactions, budgets, goals and more. Any personal account can be marked private, so only its owner and the family admins see it.
- Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It runs in the browser on your phone or computer, and you can install it like an app. If you lose signal, you can still add expenses; they sync when you're back online.
- When does it launch?
Soon. The waitlist hears first.
Be first in line.
Waitlist members get access first, and hear about launch pricing before anyone else.
